1. Support client analysis and reporting by integrating various datasets to identify trends in client behavior and preferences, optimizing CRM strategies and identifying business growth opportunities.
2. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive client insights and patterns, sharing findings with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling teams to inform business strategies and client engagement activities.
3. Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor customer behavior and performance.
4. Assist in data quality checks, adjustments, and implementation of KPIs/algorithms, and maintain and train on data tools in collaboration with the IT team and external suppliers.

1. Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a business background.
2. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.

1. Proficiency in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Demonstrated curiosity, flexibility, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Beginner level experience required, with a preference for those with experience in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.
