1. Support client analysis and reporting by integrating diverse datasets to identify trends in client behavior and preferences, optimizing CRM strategies and identifying business growth opportunities.
2. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover client insights and patterns, sharing findings with Top Management, Retail Merchandising, Go-to-Market, and Clienteling teams to inform business strategies and enhance client engagement.
3. Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor customer behavior and performance metrics.
4. Assist in data quality checks, adjustments, and the implementation of KPIs and algorithms, while maintaining and training on data tools in collaboration with the IT team and external suppliers.

1. Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, preferably with a business orientation.
2. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or retail industry, is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Demonstrated curiosity, flexibility, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Beginner-level experience in data analytics or a related field, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion industry.
