- Implement strategies and CRM programs from Global and Regional CRM Departments.
- Act as a Clienteling Ambassador, supporting Store Management to cultivate a high-performance clienteling culture.
- Inspire and guide the store team to build strong relationships with guests, enhancing customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Serve as a liaison between Store, Store Management, and Regional teams.
- Support Store Manager in optimizing global sales performance and enhancing customer service standards.
- Lead clienteling activities in partnership with store management, ensuring CRM KPIs are met.
- Train and support staff in using CRM digital tools, such as the 'My Touch' Clienteling App.
- Coordinate and supervise clienteling initiatives, ensuring effective one-to-one guest communications.
- Develop and maintain customer master data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing and WW CRM teams on CRM projects and activities.
- Support talent development and cohesion within the store team, ensuring effective client development practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury business, preferably as a Store Manager, Senior Client Advisor, or Client Development Specialist.
- Alignment with the brand identity and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, training, and influencing capabilities.
- Proficiency in customer data analysis and database management.
- Expertise in digital tools, particularly clienteling applications.
- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP Retail, with experience in reporting tools.
- Ability to build authentic relationships with customers.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury business environment.
