1. Lead the daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy in collaboration with store management.
2. Enhance and maintain the store's customer master data, including data cleaning, updates, and merging duplicate profiles.
3. Coordinate clienteling reporting tools to ensure data capture, frequency, and retention KPIs are achieved using the 'myTOUCH' app.
4. Serve as the ambassador for the 'myTOUCH' app within the store, promoting its use and effectiveness.
5. Act as the liaison for the EMEA Marketing team and Worldwide Digital team for events, CRM, and 'myTOUCH' projects.
6. Support ongoing CRM and 'myTOUCH' training and coaching for client advisors.
7. Oversee the sales process in accordance with Loro Piana standards.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage commercial relations to ensure guest satisfaction.
9. Participate in store and department meetings.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment or CRM.
2. Proficiency in customer data analysis and database management.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
2. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Flexibility and adaptability.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment or CRM is required.
