1. Lead the daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy in partnership with store management.
2. Develop and maintain the store's customer master data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Coordinate clienteling reporting tools to achieve data capture and retention KPIs using the 'myTOUCH' app.
4. Act as the ambassador for the 'myTOUCH' app, promoting its usage within the store.
5. Serve as the liaison for EMEA Marketing and WW Digital teams for events, CRM, and 'myTOUCH' activities.
6. Support ongoing CRM and 'myTOUCH' training and coaching for client advisors.
7. Manage the sales process according to Loro Piana standards.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and manage commercial relations to enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Participate in store and department meetings.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment or CRM.

1. Proficiency in customer data analysis and database management.
2. Efficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
3. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. Flexibility and adaptability.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or CRM environment is required.
