1. Lead the daily, weekly, and monthly clienteling strategy in collaboration with store management.
2. Support store staff in enhancing their performance.
3. Manage and improve the store's customer master data, including data cleaning, maintenance, updates, and merging duplicate profiles.
4. Coordinate clienteling reporting tools to ensure data capture, frequency, and retention KPIs are met using the 'myTOUCH' app.
5. Act as the ambassador for the 'myTOUCH' app, ensuring its effective usage within the store.
6. Serve as the point of reference for the EMEA Marketing team and WW Digital in-store team for events, CRM, and 'myTOUCH' projects.
7. Provide ongoing CRM and 'myTOUCH' training and coaching to both new and existing Client Advisors.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment or CRM.
2. Proficiency in customer data analysis and database management.

1. Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
2. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage stress, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to changing environments.
4. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
