1. Collaborate with the Global Client Development Manager to support the rollout and follow-up of Client Development Community and strategy across markets.
2. Contribute to the development and update of internal materials, best practices, and learning tools related to Clienteling.
3. Facilitate communication between HQ, regional teams, and stores by supporting the implementation of global guidelines into local actions.
4. Support ad hoc global projects such as the CRM Summit organization, as well as the broader Client Engagement team on transversal projects, including client journeys, newsletter campaigns, and other clienteling initiatives.

1. Master's Degree in Management, Economics or related fields

2. Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
5. Confidence in working with data
6. Fluency in Italian and English

Beginner level experience required, suitable for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their career.
