1. Support the execution of Clienteling campaigns, including newsletters and personalized interactions, by coordinating cross-functional departments to optimize campaigns by client cluster.
2. Assist the Targeting Specialist in extracting targets and ensuring local optimization for maximum effectiveness.
3. Create and upload finalized target lists into Salesforce Service Cloud.
4. Collaborate with copywriters to ensure alignment with brief objectives and brand tone of voice.
5. Work with the content team to ensure visual assets and layouts reflect the brief and desired user experience.
6. Coordinate with the translation agency to ensure translations meet quality standards.
7. Assist in scheduling newsletter content and uploading scripts and e-vites onto the Clienteling portal.
8. Monitor daily KPIs for principal newsletters and provide competitive benchmarks.

1. Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Workfront is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their careers.

Monthly Gross Pay: €800
