1. Support the execution of Clienteling campaigns, including newsletters and personalized interactions, by coordinating with cross-functional departments to optimize campaigns by client cluster.
2. Assist the Targeting Specialist in extracting and optimizing target lists for local effectiveness.
3. Create and upload finalized target lists into Salesforce Service Cloud.
4. Collaborate with copywriters to ensure alignment of content with brand tone and objectives.
5. Work with the content team to ensure visual assets and layouts meet brief requirements and desired user experience.
6. Coordinate with translation agencies to maintain high-quality translation standards.
7. Assist in scheduling newsletter content and uploading scripts and e-vites onto the Clienteling portal for client advisors.
8. Monitor daily KPIs for newsletters and provide competitive benchmarks.

1. Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Workfront is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in marketing or client communications, ideally within the luxury sector.

Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related subject.

Monthly Gross Pay: €800

Interns will receive a monthly gross pay and meal vouchers.
