1. Deliver exceptional client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using refined selling techniques and deep product knowledge.
3. Proactively identify, recruit and convert new clients while retaining and upgrading existing clientele through targeted outreach and follow-up.
4. Manage daily store operations, including stock control and back-of-house organisation, to maintain presentation and service standards.
5. Maintain Loro Piana service standards at every touchpoint and contribute to a refined in-store atmosphere that reflects the Maison’s values.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable luxury environment.
2. Proven track record in clienteling within a luxury retail setting.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
4. Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
5. Professional, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury fashion or a related luxury retail role; demonstrable success in clienteling and meeting sales targets within a premium retail environment.
