1. Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
2. Provide excellent customer service and establish long-term client relationships.
3. Proactively recruit new clients and retain and upgrade existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
4. Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house are well-organized.

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or a similar capacity.
2. Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail environment.

1. Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player with a 'can do' attitude.
2. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
4. Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury fashion or similar environment.
