1. Adhere to the Loro Piana Selling Galateo and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
2. Provide and maintain exceptional customer service.
3. Manage commercial relationships with clients to ensure their highest satisfaction.
4. Understand and work towards meeting company KPIs.
5. Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients using various IT tools.
6. Promote the brand image at every customer interaction.
7. Communicate client information to management and comply with CRM data collection protocols.
8. Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Manage claims with supervisor support and execute follow-up on client requests.
10. Participate in product presentations and maintain deep knowledge of all product categories.
11. Ensure proper care and maintenance of the store and its displays.
12. Stay updated on store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory management.
13. Cooperate with colleagues to prevent thefts and losses, reporting any issues promptly to supervisors.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with the brand identity and a detail-oriented, results-driven approach.

2. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique is required.
