1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace following company guidelines.

7. Cultivate and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
8. Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to uphold brand image.
9. Handle customer claims with support from supervisors.
10. Communicate client information to management and execute follow-up on client requests.
11. Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
12. Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with Loro Piana brand values and product knowledge.
3. Strong luxury touch and approach.

1. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong clienteling skills.
3. Proficiency in Russian is a plus.

A minimum of three years of experience in a luxury boutique setting is required.
