1. Exceed personal sales goals and ensure continuous growth within a team environment while maintaining Loro Piana standards.
2. Develop and utilize comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients and contribute to the store's overall success.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by following up on purchases and providing after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
6. Actively engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
7. Oversee the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
9. Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

A minimum of three years in sales, ideally within a luxury retail setting, is required.

The salary range is $26 to $28 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
