1. Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team sales growth while adhering to Loro Piana standards.
2. Develop and utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and overall store success.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
6. Engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
7. Oversee store displays to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans for enhancing sales performance.
9. Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $24 to $26 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
