4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on purchases and providing after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
6. Actively engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
7. Oversee maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
9. Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline, offering $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
