8. Participate in store and department meetings.
9. Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Manage customer claims with supervisor support.
11. Communicate client information to management and execute follow-up on client requests.
12. Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
13. Ensure proper care and maintenance of the store and its displays.
14. Stay informed about store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory processes.
15. Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with the brand identity and attention to detail.
3. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.

1. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
2. Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique setting is required.
