- Participate in store and department meetings.

- Manage customer claims with supervisor support.
- Communicate client information to management and execute follow-up on client requests.
- Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of the store and its displays.
- Stay informed about store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory processes.
- Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with the brand identity and attention to detail.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique setting is required.
