8. Participate in store and departmental meetings.

10. Manage customer claims with supervisor support.
11. Communicate client information to management and execute follow-ups on client requests.
12. Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
13. Ensure proper care and maintenance of the store and its displays.
14. Stay informed on store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory processes.
15. Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting discrepancies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.

2. Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. Effective stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique setting is required.
