- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Adhere to brand standards throughout the sales and after-sales processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive store environment and enhance performance.
- Receive and display products following established procedures.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage the sales process in line with the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony.
- Cultivate and maintain commercial relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in store and departmental meetings.
- Provide efficient and attentive after-sales service to uphold brand image.
- Manage customer claims with supervisor support.
- Communicate client information to management and execute follow-ups on client requests.
- Participate in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of the store and its displays.
- Stay informed on store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory processes.
- Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting discrepancies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with brand identity and attention to detail.
- Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique setting is required.
