2. Develop and utilize extensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.

4. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions and services.
6. Engage actively with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
7. Ensure store displays align with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Work with store leadership to implement action plans for improved sales performance.
9. Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

The salary range is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
