1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills as a Client Advisor.
2. Engage in theoretical and practical training, including an internship at an LVMH Maison store.
3. Attend Master Classes focused on sales excellence and customer experience within the luxury sector.
4. Collaborate with sales experts and participate in store visits to enhance understanding of luxury retail operations.

1. Possession of an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English at a C1 level.
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

2. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Keen interest in the luxury fashion industry.
4. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

No prior experience required; open to unemployed participants seeking to enter the luxury fashion industry.

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will gain a first-level University Masters and benefit from a blend of academic and practical training, including an internship with prestigious brands such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, and Sephora.
