LVMH, a global leader in luxury goods, encompasses a diverse array of prestigious brands across various sectors including fashion, leather goods, perfumes, cosmetics, and more. The Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza (IME) LVMH, established in 2014, is dedicated to imparting the Group's extensive expertise in craftsmanship, creation, and sales to emerging talents through specialized vocational training programs. This initiative is in collaboration with esteemed institutions such as Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia, offering participants a unique dual training experience.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills as a Client Advisor.
2. Engage in both theoretical and practical learning modules, including 510 hours of lectures and 150 hours of personal study.
3. Complete an 840-hour internship at one of the LVMH Maisons, such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, or Sephora.
4. Attend Master Classes focused on sales excellence and customer experience within the luxury sector.
5. Participate in store visits and discussions with sales experts from LVMH Maisons.

1. Possession of an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent degree.

1. Fluency in Italian and English at a C1 level.
2. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
3. Basic knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

No prior experience required; open to unemployed participants.

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will receive a first-level University Master's degree and gain invaluable experience through internships with prestigious LVMH Maisons.
