1. Develop analysis of relevant KPIs to monitor the store's performance, including daily, weekly, and ad-hoc analysis.
2. Support the Management Team in defining action plans to enhance store performance and optimize stock and floor organization.
3. Assist the Management Team in daily tasks such as welcoming customers, organizing team activities, and conducting morning briefings.
4. Learn the luxury codes, heritage, and brand history of Loro Piana through dedicated training sessions and become a brand ambassador for the future.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related fields.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, making this role ideal for individuals at the start of their career journey.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related fields.
