Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets using effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate teamwork and contribute to the global team performance.
- Monitor individual daily and monthly sales targets.
- Convince clients of the brand's quality and value.
- Welcome clients and build relationships through clienteling.
- Maintain and update the client book.
- Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and store image.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to stock management and maintain floor display area and merchandise.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail sales experience.
- Service-oriented with excellent clienteling skills.
- Enthusiastic and sincere with a positive working attitude.
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cantonese speaking is a must.
- English and Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
