1. Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and comprehensive product knowledge, contributing to the overall team performance.
2. Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration within the store environment.
3. Monitor individual sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
4. Convince clients of the brand's quality and value, fostering brand loyalty.
5. Welcome clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
6. Maintain and update the client book to build and sustain customer relationships.
7. Ensure the store's visual merchandising and image are maintained to high standards.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile when necessary.
9. Contribute to stock management and inventory control.
10. Maintain the floor display area and merchandise presentation.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience.

2. Enthusiastic and sincere with a positive working attitude.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Cantonese is required.
5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
