1. Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance.
2. Demonstrate teamwork and monitor individual targets in terms of daily and monthly sales.
3. Convince clients of the brand's quality and value, welcoming them as a host.
4. Fill out and update the client book, building relationships with customers.
5. Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and the image of the store, delivering extra mile services if needed.
6. Contribute to stock management and maintain the floor display area and merchandise.
7. Ensure customer service beyond reproach.

1. At least 3 years of retail sales experience.
2. Service-oriented with excellent clienteling skills.
3. Enthusiastic and sincere with a positive working attitude.
4. Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Cantonese is mandatory.
6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
