4. Receive, organize, and display products in accordance with Company procedures.
5. Ensure the Boutique is maintained in an impeccable and orderly manner, reflecting the Brand’s image.
6. Manage the sales process following the Company standards.
7. Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
8. Manage commercial relations with clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
9. Ensure after-sales service with efficiency and care to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Manage claims with supervisor support.
11. Turn every touchpoint with customers into a positive situation, always promoting the Brand image.
12. Communicate to Management the collected information regarding clients.
13. Execute follow-up on clients’ requests.
14. Participate in product presentations.
15. Maintain deep knowledge of all products in his/her category and stay updated on all product categories in store.
16. Ensure the appropriate care of the store.

1. Relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Aligned with the Loro Piana brand identity and passion for LP products.

1. Strong luxury touch and approach.
2. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Strong clienteling skills.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury boutique.
