1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Adhere to the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony and maintain high standards throughout the sales process.

4. Receive and display products according to established procedures, maintaining a tidy workspace.
5. Manage commercial relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
6. Participate in store and department meetings to align with team objectives.
7. Ensure efficient after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and promote brand image.
8. Manage client claims with supervisor support and execute follow-up on client requests.
9. Stay informed about product knowledge across all categories and participate in product presentations.
10. Maintain visual display standards and report any maintenance needs.
11. Stay updated on store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory processes.
12. Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting discrepancies.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with the brand identity and attention to detail.

2. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
