1. Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team sales growth while maintaining Loro Piana's standards.
2. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and contribute to the store's success.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
6. Engage actively with clients to promote products and drive sales growth.
7. Oversee store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans for enhancing sales performance.
9. Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in luxury retail environments.
