1. Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team sales growth while maintaining Loro Piana standards.
2. Develop and utilize extensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience and overall store success.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing follow-up and after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
6. Engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales.
7. Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Work with store leadership to implement action plans to enhance sales performance.
9. Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

A minimum of three years in sales, ideally within a luxury retail environment, is required.

The salary range is $25 to $28 per hour, with flexibility to recognize expertise, performance, and tenure.
