- Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team sales growth while maintaining Loro Piana standards.
- Develop and utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and elevated shopping experience for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support.
- Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
- Engage actively with clients to promote products and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans for enhancing sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
A minimum of three years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
The salary range is $24.00 to $28.00 USD per hour, plus commission, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
