- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
- Engage actively with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans for enhancing sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail setting is required.
