1. Execute the sales process in alignment with the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony standards.
2. Provide and maintain exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Manage commercial relations with clients, enhancing each phase of the customer interaction.
4. Participate in store and departmental meetings to align with team objectives.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Ensure high standards of after-sales service to promote brand loyalty.
7. Manage client claims with the support of a supervisor.
8. Communicate client information to management and execute follow-up on client requests.
9. Participate in product presentations and maintain in-depth knowledge of all product categories.
10. Ensure proper care and maintenance of store displays and products.
11. Stay informed about store stock levels to optimize sales.
12. Participate in inventory processes, including end-of-year and rotation counts.
13. Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and promptly reporting discrepancies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with the brand identity and attention to detail.
3. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.

3. Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
