1. Execute the sales process in alignment with the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony, ensuring exceptional customer service.

3. Participate in store and departmental meetings to align with team objectives.
4. Adhere to brand qualitative standards throughout the sales and after-sales processes.
5. Maintain an organized and tidy work environment in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Deliver efficient after-sales service to uphold client satisfaction and brand image.
7. Manage customer claims with supervisor support, turning interactions into positive brand experiences.
8. Communicate client insights to management and follow up on client requests.
9. Engage in product presentations and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
10. Ensure the care and presentation of products and displays meet company standards.
11. Stay informed about store stock to optimize sales and participate in inventory activities.
12. Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting discrepancies promptly.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Alignment with Loro Piana's brand identity and attention to detail.

2. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
4. Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
