1. Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team sales growth while maintaining Loro Piana's standards.
2. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client shopping experience and contribute to store success.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to improve future interactions and tailor services.
6. Engage actively with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales.
7. Oversee store displays to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans for sales performance enhancement.
9. Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
4. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $25 to $28 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise and performance.
