1. Exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team sales growth while maintaining Loro Piana's standards.
2. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients and contribute to the store's overall success.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by following up on purchases and providing after-sales support.
5. Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
6. Engage actively with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
7. Oversee the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
8. Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
9. Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

The salary range for this position is $27.00 to $29.00 per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
