1. Serve customers in the store with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
2. Align with the brand's qualitative standards throughout the sales and after-sales processes.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store environment and maintain high performance levels.
4. Receive and display products according to established procedures.
5. Maintain a tidy working area in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Follow the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony to manage the sales process.
7. Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
8. Manage commercial relations with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance the commercial relationship.
9. Participate in store and department meetings.
10. Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
11. Manage client claims with supervisor support.
12. Communicate client information to management and follow up on client requests.
13. Participate in product presentations and stay updated on all product categories.
14. Ensure appropriate care and maintenance of the store.
15. Maintain display standards and report any maintenance needs.
16. Stay updated on store stock to optimize sales.
17. Participate in inventory processes for each product category.
18. Prevent thefts and losses by respecting assigned positions and reporting discrepancies.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.

2. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique is required.
