- Serve customers in the store with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
- Align with the brand's qualitative standards throughout the sales and after-sales processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store environment and maintain high performance levels.
- Receive and display products according to established procedures.
- Maintain a tidy working area in accordance with company guidelines.
- Follow the Loro Piana Selling Ceremony to manage the sales process.
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Manage commercial relations with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance the commercial relationship.
- Participate in store and department meetings.
- Ensure efficient and caring after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage client claims with supervisor support.
- Communicate client information to management and follow up on client requests.
- Participate in product presentations and stay updated on all product categories.
- Ensure appropriate care and maintenance of the store.
- Maintain display standards and report any maintenance needs.
- Stay updated on store stock to optimize sales.
- Participate in inventory processes for each product category.
- Prevent thefts and losses by respecting assigned positions and reporting discrepancies.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
- Alignment with the brand identity and attention to detail.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique is required.
