1. Represent the company with clients in the boutique, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales goals.

5. Receive and display products following established procedures.

9. Participate in store and department meetings.
10. Ensure efficient after-sales service to promote brand image.
11. Manage client claims with supervisor support.
12. Communicate client information to management.
13. Participate in product presentations and maintain product knowledge.
14. Ensure proper care and maintenance of the store displays.
15. Stay updated on store stock and participate in inventory processes.
16. Prevent thefts and losses by adhering to assigned positions and reporting issues to supervisors.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
