1. Oversee Project Management Office (PMO) activities for Capex projects within the New Purchasing Model Project, reporting to the Company Purchasing Director.
2. Develop key purchasing strategies, including sourcing, contract management, and procure-to-pay processes.
3. Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks in capital expenditures.
4. Implement a comprehensive Capex purchasing strategy, identifying new suppliers and establishing pricing benchmarks.
5. Develop actionable Capex budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and support budget execution.
6. Lead negotiation and re-negotiation of contracts with suppliers for Capex projects.
7. Manage the bidding process to ensure competitive pricing and optimal terms.
8. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Capex projects.
9. Benchmark and rank supplier performance and manage periodic audits for compliance.
10. Manage purchasing process for assigned Capex categories, promoting synergies within Loro Piana and LVMH.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor Capex budget compliance.

1. Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, purchasing, supply chain, and/or logistics with a focus on Capex projects

1. Solid Project Management background
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP MM
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus

Minimum of 10 years in consulting, purchasing, supply chain, and/or logistics, with a significant focus on Capex projects.
