1. Send bill of materials to laboratories and manage any issues related to material quality, height, and shrinkage.
2. Analyze and verify material consumption, including fabrics, linings, and leather, based on sample placements received from laboratories.
3. Input consumption data into the bill of materials using PLM software.
4. Manage the archiving of patterns, converting them from paper to electronic format as necessary.
5. Modify patterns for production using CAD following defect corrections.
6. Develop size grading for assigned models (men, women, and children) using CAD, adhering to company measurement tables.
7. Ensure compliance with measurement tables and their consistency with company standards.
8. Develop placements for all sizes using CAD.

1. Technical or modeling institute diploma.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CREA Solution.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to plan activities and monitor deadlines.
3. Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Good command of the English language.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Diploma from a technical or modeling institute.
