1. Transmit Bill of Materials to workshops and manage any issues related to material quality, height, and shrinkage.
2. Analyze and verify material consumption (fabrics, linings, leather, etc.) through the study of sample placements received from workshops.
3. Input consumption data into the Bill of Materials using PLM software.
4. Manage the archiving of patterns, converting them from paper to electronic format as necessary.
5. Modify patterns for production using CAD following defect rectifications.
6. Develop size grading for assigned models (men, women, and children) using CAD, adhering to company measurement tables.
7. Ensure compliance with measurement tables and consistency with company standards.
8. Develop placements for all sizes using CAD.

1. Technical or modeling diploma from an institute.

1. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CREA Solution.
2. Analytical skills and ability to plan activities and monitor deadlines.
3. Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
4. Good command of the English language.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
