1. Manage product orders and define product quantities for assigned categories, in collaboration with the Retail Planning Function.
2. Determine product orders and seasonal replenishments for each store, aligning with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
3. Present collections to Area Managers, Visual & Product Merchandisers, Store Managers, and Product Referents, providing comprehensive technical and functional information.
4. Analyze market characteristics, trends, competitor positions, and client features to inform buying decisions.
5. Collaborate with stores to verify sales performance and product presentation.
6. Monitor sales trends to ensure optimal product presence and maximize sales performance.
7. Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure appropriate product presence and rotation within stores.
8. Collaborate with the regional Marketing Team to ensure product alignment for store-level events.

1. Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury markets.
2. Passion and high motivation towards the luxury environment and Loro Piana brand.
3. Strong alignment with brand identity and attention to detail.
4. Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.
5. Strong product knowledge and passion for luxury goods.
6. Minimum 3 years of retail experience.

1. Excellent English proficiency, multilingualism preferred.
2. Strong coaching and communication skills.
3. Good computer literacy.
4. Good presentation skills.
5. Open to travel.
6. Experience in buying for menswear and lifestyle is advantageous.
