1. Participate in the Avenue Manager In Training Program focusing on Product Development & Pre-Industrialization.
2. Engage in a comprehensive store induction followed by intensive training in the Product Development department.
3. Immerse in the Pre-Industrialization phase to understand its critical role in product line success.
4. Acquire technical skills necessary for managing the product lifecycle.
5. Contribute to Loro Piana's legacy of excellence in product creation and development.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design & Product Development or a related field.
2. Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships.
3. Availability to start a full-time position by January 2026.
4. Eligibility to work in Italy without visa sponsorship.

1. Proficiency in English and Italian.
2. Strong understanding of production processes.
3. Ability to technically manage the product lifecycle.
4. Willingness to travel and relocate globally.

Up to 3 years of related work experience, including internships, in fashion design and product development.
