1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a successful store team through task delegation and performance management.
2. Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
3. Facilitate communication between the store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
4. Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and professionalism.
5. Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives.
6. Provide effective guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster professional growth and a productive work environment.
7. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
8. Participate in the scouting and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR partners.
9. Lead team meetings to provide store performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
10. Enhance comprehension of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
11. Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
12. Oversee the After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
13. Report store facilities and maintenance issues to guarantee safety and functionality.
14. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
15. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.

A minimum of 5 years in management and sales, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
