1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store team performance, task delegation, and uphold service standards through storytelling and product knowledge.
2. Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies.
3. Facilitate communication between store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
4. Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service and professionalism in critical situations.
5. Develop strong relationships with top clients through VIC initiatives to enhance brand image.
6. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members for professional growth.
7. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
8. Participate in scouting and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR.
9. Lead team meetings to update on store performance and emphasize priorities.
10. Enhance understanding of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
11. Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
12. Oversee After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
13. Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
14. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing within budget constraints.
15. Ensure alignment of visual merchandising with corporate guidelines.
16. Manage stockroom operations to align inventory with sales potential.
17. Communicate with store team to mitigate business risks and threats.
18. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.

1. Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Ability to travel and work weekends.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
