Loro Piana Assistant Store Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store team performance, task delegation, and uphold service standards through storytelling and product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies.
- Facilitate communication between store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
- Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service and professionalism in critical situations.
- Develop strong relationships with top clients through VIC initiatives to enhance brand image.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members for professional growth.
- Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
- Participate in scouting and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR.
- Lead team meetings to update on store performance and emphasize priorities.
- Enhance understanding of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
- Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing within budget constraints.
- Ensure alignment of visual merchandising with corporate guidelines.
- Manage stockroom operations to align inventory with sales potential.
- Communicate with store team to mitigate business risks and threats.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.
- Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
