1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee a successful store team through task delegation, performance management, and storytelling to convey product knowledge while upholding service standards.
2. Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
3. Facilitate communication between the store team, the Store Manager, and corporate partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
4. Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and navigating critical situations with professionalism.
5. Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives to reflect an elevated brand image.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team by delegating tasks, enhancing product knowledge, and developing service standards.
7. Provide effective guidance, coaching, and feedback to all team members to foster professional growth and a productive work environment.
8. Create career development plans and identify opportunities for growth for all team members.
9. Participate in the scouting and selection of new team members by collaborating with HR partners.
10. Lead team meetings to provide store performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
11. Enhance comprehension of important operational procedures including inventory management, daily opening/closing activities, and strategic scheduling.
12. Manage various operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
13. Oversee the After Sales process and flow, including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
14. Responsible for reporting store facilities and maintenance issues in a timely manner to guarantee safety and functionality of the store.
15. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss including shipping/receiving costs, supplies, and alterations, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
16. Oversee proper execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
17. Ensure alignment of visual merchandising practices with corporate and central guidelines.
18. Manage stockroom operations to ensure that inventory is aligned with sales potential.
19. Communicate with store team to mitigate potential business risks and threats.
20. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with the support of corporate partners.

1. 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Ability to travel and work weekends.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

1. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.

Minimum of 3 years in management and sales, ideally within a luxury retail setting.
