1. Uphold the corporate image and ensure team alignment with brand standards.
2. Support the Store Manager in optimizing sales performance and motivating the team.
3. Monitor and coordinate sales team activities to maintain a cohesive and motivated workforce.
4. Cultivate excellent customer relationships and utilize clienteling tools to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Address and resolve critical sales and customer-related situations effectively.
6. Oversee daily store operations and assist the Store Manager in manpower planning.
7. Supervise stock activities and coordinate with the team as necessary.

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
2. Native Cantonese speaker.
3. Native-level proficiency in Thai.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
4. Pleasant, self-motivated, and outgoing personality.

At least 7 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
