Loro Piana Assistant Store Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, including task delegation and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between the store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
- Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service standards and managing critical situations professionally.
- Develop strong relationships with top clients and manage VIC initiatives.
- Partner with the Store Manager to enhance team performance through task delegation and service standard development.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
- Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
- Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with HR partners.
- Lead team meetings to provide performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
- Enhance understanding of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
- Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee the After Sales process, including alterations and repairs.
- Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
- Oversee execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.
- Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
