1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, including task delegation and performance management.
2. Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
3. Facilitate communication between the store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
4. Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service standards and managing critical situations professionally.
5. Develop strong relationships with top clients and manage VIC initiatives.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to enhance team performance through task delegation and service standard development.
7. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
8. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
9. Participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with HR partners.
10. Lead team meetings to provide performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
11. Enhance understanding of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
12. Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts and fiscal inventory.
13. Oversee the After Sales process, including alterations and repairs.
14. Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
15. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
16. Oversee execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
17. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.

1. Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Ability to travel and work weekends.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
