1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead and manage the store team, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
3. Facilitate communication between the store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to align on sales objectives.
4. Support the sales process by delivering luxury service and managing critical situations with professionalism.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with top clients through VIC initiatives.
6. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
7. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
8. Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
9. Lead team meetings to provide performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
10. Manage operational procedures including inventory management, daily activities, and strategic scheduling.
11. Oversee the After Sales process, including alterations and repairs.
12. Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
13. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing within budget constraints.
14. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.

1. 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Ability to travel and work weekends.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
