Loro Piana Assistant Store Manager

- Act as the store manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Monitor and coordinate the sales team to ensure a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- Provide guidance and coaching for professional growth, team training, and product knowledge.
- Participate in setting and achieving quantitative and qualitative goals, analyzing results, and preparing evaluations.
- Manage and support Supervisors in their activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and rectify any discrepancies.
- Manage customer relations to ensure high satisfaction levels, coordinating with the store team and implementing Store Manager guidelines.
- Implement a systematic clientele action plan, coaching sales associates to achieve CRM KPIs.
- Directly manage relations with Top/VIP customers, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Oversee visual merchandising practices to align with Central Visual guidelines.
- Ensure shop windows and displays comply with Company guidelines.
- Oversee the execution of Company procedures within the store.
- Implement security procedures and ensure store area control, keeping the Store Manager informed.
- Conduct training activities to prevent asset loss, in liaison with the Store Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
- Supervise stock activities and coordinate with the Stock Manager to optimize stockroom management.
- Support Stock Assistant in product and material care within the stockroom.
- Liaise with finance and operations departments for annual closure and inventory management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a luxury boutique, preferably as a Store Manager in smaller settings.
- Alignment with the Brand identity, attention to detail, and strong coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.
- Deep knowledge of clothing and luxury history.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
