1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a successful store team through effective task delegation and performance management.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
3. Facilitate communication between the store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
4. Support the sales process by delivering the highest level of luxury service and managing critical situations with professionalism.
5. Develop strong relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives to enhance the brand image.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee team development through task delegation and enhancement of product knowledge.
7. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster professional growth and a productive work environment.
8. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
9. Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR partners.
10. Lead team meetings to provide performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
11. Enhance understanding of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
12. Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
13. Oversee the After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
14. Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
15. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
16. Ensure proper execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
17. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.

1. Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Ability to travel and work weekends.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

The salary range is $100,000 to $115,000 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
