1. Uphold the corporate image and ensure team alignment with brand standards.
2. Support the Store Manager in optimizing sales performance and motivate the team to drive business success.
3. Monitor and coordinate the sales team to maintain a cohesive and motivated workforce.
4. Cultivate excellent customer relationships and utilize clienteling tools to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Address and resolve critical sales and customer-related situations effectively.
6. Oversee daily store operations and assist in manpower planning.
7. Supervise stock activities and coordinate the related team as necessary.

1. At least 7 years of experience in high-end fashion or the luxury industry.
2. Native-level proficiency in Thai, fluency in English, and additional languages are advantageous.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
4. Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
